While staying at Joshua Tree National Park, CA  I painted this desert valley full of California Wildflowers and Cacti.  Emerald green hills with colorful fields of yellow, purple and orange flowers are set against a vibrantly contrasting blue sky.  Lots of color and texture in this original painting.
